Since stepping into leadership at LAHS two years ago, Dr. Douglas has led a remarkable transformation that has positively impacted student success, school culture, and community pride. The data speaks for itself:

• 2023: 35 graduates

• 2024: 112 graduates

• 2025: 136 graduates
  That’s nearly a fourfold increase since 2023!

🎓 Graduation Rate Climb

• 2022: 29.3%

• 2023: 32.4%

• 2024: 53.3%

• 2025: Pending – but on track for continued growth

📅 Attendance Success

• 2024 Average Daily Attendance (ADA): 62.3%

• 2025 ADA: 76.9%
  Lester Arnold is projected to have the largest year-over-year ADA increase in the district!
