Welcome to the Adams 14 Aspire New Employee Orientation, where your journey begins in our district. This program is designed to support every new staff member, whether you're new to the profession or a seasoned educator.
We've paired you with a mentor who will guide you through this adventure, participating in seven "Teacher Mentor" training sessions and providing 10 hours of mentorship throughout the year. Our Induction Program offers two distinct paths: the Barr Lake Trail for those with professional licensure through CDE, and the Henderson Hill Trail for those with an initial license. Depending on your trail, you'll complete orientation, meet with your mentor, and attend several Induction sessions, all tailored to help you succeed in your new role. Get ready to explore and grow with us as we embark on this exciting journey together!
