Dear Friends of Adams 14:
It is with pride that I introduce myself to you as Superintendent of Adams 14. Prior to my appointment as Superintendent, I served as Chief Academic Officer. As Superintendent, I will retain my focus on academic advancement in our schools.
It is an exciting time for Adams 14, and I am thrilled to be a part of leading the District forward this year. First and foremost, my focus will be on academic success. To that end, these are my four priorities:
Promote and develop highly effective classroom instruction. We know that our students are capable of learning anything, and we must ensure that we deliver high quality teaching that helps students achieve their greatest potential.
Maximize our precious resources to enhance student success. Building our budget must support the objectives of our strategic plan, and we know we need to maximize our resources, especially as funding from the State continues decreasing.
School districts do not operate in isolation. Adams 14 is a critical part of this community, and we are committed to strengthening our partnership with you.
I hope you will be part of the momentum that is building for a highly successful future in Adams 14.
As Superintendent, I promise to do everything in my power to inspire, educate and empower every Adams 14 student for success in the 21st Century.
