Safety Reminders

Adams 14 encourages all families to review the following safety tips from The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, to help promote safety when traveling to and from school. Click here to review.

Additionally, there are a couple of safety measures the District encourages all parents to follow to ensure students are safe and accounted for at our schools:

  1. Please make sure your contact information is up-to-date with your child's school. This includes your address, and most importantly, your contact phone numbers. The District initiates auto-dialer phone messages to parents in the event of school emergencies, drills and safety messages. It is important to make sure you update the school of any changes you make to your contact information, to ensure we can reach you in the event of an emergency. Please contact your child's school secretary to make sure your information is current.
  2. Please make sure your student arrives for school on time each day. If you are going to be late, or if your student will be absent, it’s important to let the school know as soon as possible, so that we’re not worried about your student’s whereabouts.
