Adams 14 Board Resolutions

The Board of Education periodically passes a resolution as a way of taking formal action on a specific topic. Typically, resolutions are passed for the following reasons:

  • To support particular legislative or policy action;
  • To celebrate and recognize significant events at the federal, state or local level;
  • To take collective action for the District (for example, to adopt the annual budget).
