Adams 14 has four employee groups. The two largest employee groups are our certified teachers and classified school employees. These two groups have their own associations that engage in collective bargaining with the District. The two other groups are the administrative and support and technical groups. Each of these groups has about 40 employees.

Each of our four employee groups has its own employee handbook that provides details about employee leave, salary scales, and benefits.
