As part of Adams 14's emphasis on post-secondary and workforce readiness, the new Adams City High School will offer youth the opportunity to take community college courses through our partner schools. Front Range Community College (FRCC) is the lead community college partner and will offer general education courses to students at ACHS.

Community College of Aurora (CCA) will provide two signature programs for students at the new ACHS. Juniors and Seniors will have the chance to take classes from the Colorado Film School in video production. Additionally, students interested in fine arts and graphic design may enroll in CCA's Art and New Media Design course of study.

Coursework for the Art & New Media Design program at ACHS:

• Photoshop I (MGD 111) - 3 credits
• Illustrator I (MGD 112) - 3 credits
• Web Design I/Dreamweaver (MGD 141) - 3 credits
• Web Design II/Dreamweaver (MGD 241) - 3 credits

Coursework for the Video Production program at ACHS:

• Understanding the Actor's Process (FVT 117) - 3 credits
• Development of Film Expression (FVT 150) - 3 credits
• Video Production I (FVT 105) - 3 credits
• Video Post Production (FVT 160) - 3 credits
