Certificated employment includes all positions in the school district which require certification/licensing by the state of Colorado. This category includes all teaching positions, counselors, psychologists, specialists, and coaching positions. Coaching positions require certification.

Classified employment includes all clerical, food service, maintenance, custodial, classroom (paraprofessional) aides, grounds, and transportation positions that do not require state certification and which are not management positions.
